BuildTrack is an integrated solution designed to enable monitoring, controlling and management of buildings throughout their lifecycle. The BuildTrack solution consists of two components, the BuildTrack Software Platform and the BuildTrack Controller that can work either independently or synergistically to deliver the most efficient and economic operations for a space, apartment or building.

Provides a single, well organized access point to property and asset information across the entire portfolio of properties for drawings, plans, specifications, user manuals, tenant information and other critical information

Facility Management

Creates the ability to service assets and property to ensure that they perform adequately to meet the needs of owners/tenants. Capabilities include Service desk, work order management, escalation of issues, asset performance history, AMC status with reminders and PM Scheduling and many others

Customer Relationship Management

Supports communication with tenants/owners in multiple ways such as notices, threaded discussions that can be transmitted via web, e-mail or SMS

Disaster Management

Provides mechanism for storing and distributing critical emergency information along with the ability to trigger critical communications as emergency situations unfold

Lease Management

Allows management of financial documents, payment and lease expiry schedules with reminder triggers

Surveillance Management

Allows access to internet based camera and DVR feeds across multiple property locations

Metering and Monitoring

Measures and monitors key parameters such as energy consumption, health of building assets, air quality, fire, smoke etc. It can communicate critical status, assign tasks automatically based on pre-defined parameters

Finance & Inventory Management

Supports recording of financial or inventory information in a flexible manner that meets specific needs not covered by typical accounting packages

Building Information Model (BIM) Integration

A proprietary plug-in to Autodesk Revit, to allow direct integration of data and images from a BIM model into BuildTrack
