Analysis & Simulation

Most green building certifications listed above require a variety of analyses and simulations to support design of building and to achieve certification requirements. We are able to offer practically any green analytics required for buildings. Energy, Daylight, Views, Water, Insolation, Shadow, Traffic, Air pollution, CFD are a few of the many analyses we offer. We use a variety of tools and standards that are globally acceptable for these analytics. Our extensive knowledge of green technologies and products allow us to introduce them into the analyses to demonstrate improvements that are achievable in a project along with the associated return on investment.

Commissioning & Energy Audits

Most Green certifications require some form of Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning of various systems that comprise the building. Surmount has experienced commissioning experts that are able to perform this activity and support the Green Certification process. For existing buildings that are looking to improve energy performance, Surmount offers Energy Audit Services by Certified Auditors who are able to undertake detailed energy audits and make recommendations to improve energy performance. Our Simulation and Automation experience contributes significantly towards identifying cost-effective solutions for achieving desired energy efficiency.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

BIM is one of the recent technologies that is improving the process of designing and constructing buildings. Green Project Management Software, GreenTrackâ„¢

Green certification whether for LEED, GRIHA, ECBC or MOEF requires management of a number of critical documents for each point. Managing such requirements across multiple projects and trying to determine the status of these can be quite challenging and lead to inefficiency and confusion. Surmount has developed GreenTrackâ„¢, a software that allows management of documents and tasks associated with each type of certification process on an integrated basis across all the projects for a client. It is the only platform of its kind that offers the flexibility.
